Where does Postomatic find customer questions?

Postomatic brings together public Reddit conversations, public-web research and search evidence. Connected Google Search Console data and imported customer language can add context from your own business. Sources depend on what is available and connected.

How is this different from starting with a keyword?

A question shows the decision someone is trying to make, in their own words. Search research adds demand and competition context. Postomatic considers both, alongside what your brand can usefully contribute.

Can I inspect the original source?

Yes. Saved customer wording stays linked to its source evidence. Where an original URL is available, you can open it and inspect the context behind the question. Direct imports can retain wording without an external URL.

Does every question become an article?

No. Postomatic considers customer signal, brand fit, search potential, evidence and business value. Support or policy questions belong in the right place on your site, rather than becoming blog articles by default.

Do I need to approve every idea?

Routine planning is automated. You can inspect the reasoning and intervene when you want to; hard blockers still need attention. Selecting safe ideas for the calendar does not add a routine manual article-approval step.

What if search data is unavailable?

Missing demand or difficulty data stays unavailable. It is not presented as zero demand or an easy ranking opportunity. Customer evidence and brand relevance remain visible so you can understand what supports the idea.
