Keep the address. Keep the original.

Build on an existing page with a same-address update. The existing-post flow saves the complete original before writing and checks the replacement against it.

Bring your existing posts forward.

Connected WordPress and Shopify posts can enter the refresh workflow when permission, an eligible recommendation and supported import/update checks are in place.

Your refresh questions

Better updates.
Clearer answers.

Which articles can I refresh?

Postomatic can identify improvements for eligible articles in its publishing workflow. Existing WordPress and Shopify posts have a separate flow: connect the site, allow refreshes for the brand and use an available recommendation. Full-post import and same-address update support must be available before an existing post can change.

What can a refresh improve?

A refresh can focus on the search title and description, relevant sections, internal links or supporting evidence. The recommendation explains the reason and the intended scope, so you can understand what needs attention.

What happens to the original post and its URL?

The refresh targets the existing page address. In the existing-post flow, the complete original is saved before writing and the replacement must match the original post and address. Saved originals and publication history support the recovery workflow.

Does accepting a refresh change my live page immediately?

No. Granting permission or accepting a recommendation does not immediately change the live page. A refresh follows the applicable writing, quality, scheduling and publishing controls before an update reaches your site.

Can I use the free trial for a refresh?

An eligible existing-post recommendation can use a remaining trial article credit when the required connection, permission and checks are in place. The seven-day trial with three articles is available with Launch and Growth.

How do I see what happened after the update?

Later search evidence helps you review how the same page performs after an update. Available queries, clicks and impressions can inform the next improvement. The source and comparison period matter when you assess the change.
