What is an article credit?

Article credits are the monthly content allowance attached to your account plan. The allowance is shared across your active brands. Your account’s plan and usage screen shows the measured usage.

Is the annual price paid upfront?

Yes. Annual prices are shown as the full annual payment: Launch US$290, Growth US$990, and Agency US$3,990. The monthly article allowance remains the same on annual billing.

What’s included in the free trial?

Launch and Growth include a 7-day free trial with 3 articles.

Can I manage more than one brand?

Growth supports two active brands and Agency supports five. Article credits are pooled across your account, while each brand keeps its own knowledge, content, and publishing settings.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your account and brand data are retained. Review the billing terms shown for your subscription.
